 CERBERUS V2

Cerberus V2 is a sophisticated Android malware variant that evolved from the original
Cerberus banking Trojan. Designed to steal sensitive information, Cerberus V2 can bypass
security measures, log keystrokes, and perform overlay attacks to trick users into entering
credentials. It often disguises itself as legitimate apps and can remotely access devices to
steal SMS messages, OTPs, and banking information. Unlike its predecessor, V2 features
improved obfuscation techniques, making it harder to detect and remove, posing a serious
threat to Android users and financial institutions alike.
